Anurag Ahuja, Founder, CEO
Anurag drives the sales and customer service functions, leads client relationships and continually refines our processes to enhance quality and timeliness. He applies his expertise in Web usability, e-mail, search marketing and business strategy to ensure that project implementations are aligned with each client’s business objectives.
With 15+ years of Web marketing experience under his belt, Anurag started the company with the knowledge that outsourced Web development and campaign management can provide interactive agencies with significant competitive advantages, as long as the relationship is based on a collaborative approach and attention to detail.
Prior to founding MarketGoal, Anurag held senior and executive positions at Bluestreak, Cogit, and Ernst & Young Consulting Services. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Sandeep Karwal, Chief Operating Officer
Sandeep plays a key role in developing our overall strategic approach and go-to-market initiatives. He’s also responsible for managing the company's business operations, including client services, business development, marketing, HR and finance.
He is an expert in business strategy, marketing and communications and has contributed to the growth of many multinational brands across various product/service categories.
Sandeep has over 20 years of corporate experience and has held senior portfolios at IBM, Ogilvy and McCann Worldgroup.
Fredric Gale, Vice President, Business Development & Agency Relationships
As the head of business development, Fred builds and manages strategic agency relationships with an eye on maximizing clients’ ROI. With his 15 years of experience in brand engagement and performance-based marketing for both online and offline media, Fred has a long-term perspective when it comes to strategic partnership.
Prior to joining the MarketGoal team, Fred held management positions in client services, sales and operations at Leo Burnett, Q Interactive and Adknowledge; before embarking on his marketing career, he held various public sector positions in economic development for USAID and HUD. Fred earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Public Policy from Northwestern University and a BS from Skidmore College.
