The good news is that you don't have to decide—you can have both. Many of our clients take a hybrid approach, using MarketGoal only for complex tasks or when they face a resource crunch. You can use the MarketGoal team as an extension of your development staff on an as-needed basis.
How does the Website Maintenance program work?
You simply purchase a set of 30 or more maintenance hours and use them for any development task that comes up. Depending on your maintenance agreement level, you can use the hours over a period of six or 12 months.
Why do we have to prepay?
Many maintenance tasks are small and don’t incur large expenses. The prepay method avoids unnecessary invoicing and collection efforts, allowing us to pass the savings right back to you in the form of highly competitive rates. We provide estimates and require your approval before we execute any maintenance task. We also provide you with monthly reports that show maintenance hours used and remaining.
Will you provide maintenance even if MarketGoal did not build our website?

What if we want to terminate the maintenance agreement?
Our service agreement allows for termination with 30-day written notice by either side. If you initiate the termination, MarketGoal will reimburse you for the difference between work performed to date and your remaining balance.
