Anurag Ahuja, Founder, CEO

With 20+ digital strategy, transformation and innovation experience under his belt, Anurag started MarketGoal with a simple vision – to convert the pain point of Implementation & DevOps into a competitive advantage for businesses and digital agencies. Anurag drives business strategy, planning and strategic relationships for MarketGoal.

A seasoned entrepreneur and advisor, Anurag works with senior-management & C-level executives drive their organizations to achieve digital transformation goals. He focuses on businesses & start-ups in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Ecommerce to develop digital transformation portfolios and help drive their initiatives from concept-through-launch. He brings valuable perspective based in extensive experience in driving the design and implementation phases of cloud-based, compliant (HIPAA, PCI) solutions, data-security, and business continuity components.

Prior to founding MarketGoal, Anurag held senior and executive positions at Bluestreak, Cogit, and Ernst & Young Consulting Services. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Sandeep Karwal, Chief Operating Officer

Sandeep plays a key role in developing our overall strategic approach and go-to-market initiatives. He’s also responsible for managing the company’s business operations, including client services, business development, marketing, HR and finance.

He is an expert in business strategy, marketing and communications and has contributed to the growth of many multinational brands across various product/service categories.

Sandeep has over 20 years of corporate experience and has held senior portfolios at IBM, Ogilvy and McCann Worldgroup.

Fredric Gale

Fredric Gale, Senior Vice President, Business Development & Agency Relationships

As the head of business development, Fred builds and manages strategic agency relationships with an eye on maximizing clients’ ROI. With his 15 years of experience in brand engagement and performance-based marketing for both online and offline media, Fred has a long-term perspective when it comes to strategic partnership.

Prior to joining the MarketGoal team, Fred held management positions in client services, sales and operations at Leo Burnett, Q Interactive and Adknowledge; before embarking on his marketing career, he held various public sector positions in economic development for USAID and HUD. Fred earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Public Policy from Northwestern University and a BS from Skidmore College.

Annette Tonti, Advisor, Innovation Strategy & Approach

Annette Tonti is an executive with over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. As founder and CEO of 2 high-tech startups, she has developed early stage businesses and raised over $30M from Venture and Angel investors. Early in her career she delivered digital strategies to Fortune 1000 businesses, ran a global program for the MIT Media Labs and headed up operations for a global telecommunications consultancy.
